Returns:

• Eligible only for defective/damaged items or a wrong product delivered.
  
  

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  
  

• Item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging.
  
  

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
  
  

• Sale/discounted items
  
  

Refunds:

• Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  
  

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
